Aida Garifullina was born on September 30, in the capital of Tatarstan, Kazan.
In 13 years, Aida Garifullina had become grant holder of Fyodor Chaliapin Fund and had got the "Voice of the Year" in the "academic voice" nomination. In 2005, Aida had received a grant from the Mayor of Kazan for studying in Germany and went to the High School of Music in Nuremberg in academic vocal class of professor and rector of the school - renowned tenor Siegfried Jerusalem. (Siegfried Jerusalem joined the list of the best singers of the world, presented by the Austrian magazine of the Salzburg Opera Festival "Festival Magazine" in 1995.) After two years, Aida continues her vocal skills training in the legendary University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. in the class of Professor Claudia Visca (Claudia Vissa).
In 2009, by the students and staff of the University Mozart's opera "Così fan tutte” ("Everybody do so") was staged, in which Aida remarkably sang part of Despina. During her studies and after Aida gladly responded to invitations to perform at various events and festivals. 2010 and 2011 are particularly intense for Aida. She participates in the Muslim Magomaev’s First International Competition of Vocalists in Moscow.
Aida Garifullina was awarded the title of Ambassador of the Universiade 2013 in Kazan. In January, 2013 by the invitation of Valery Gergiev Aida had a successful debut at the Mariinsky Theatre with the party of Susanna in the opera "The Marriage of Figaro." In March of the same year Aida Garifullina was invited by the maestro Valery Gergiev to perform the lead role of Adina in the opera "The Elixir of Love" by Gaetano Maria Donizetti.
On 6 July, 2013 Aida took part in the opening ceremony of the XXVII World Summer Universiade-2013 in Kazan. Besides, in July Aida performed in the gala concert "Chaliapin. Nureyev. Kazan" with the Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra conducted by Valery Gergiev. The concert was broadcasted by the French TV channel Mezzo. In August Aida brilliantly performed at the prestigious international vocal competition "Operalia 2013" founded by Placido Domingo and won the 1st place. After that, a series of performances on a duet with the maestro Domingo were followed.
